Hi, I’m Fatima!


A Nurse, Fertility Nutrition Advisor, and mum of two IVF miracles. 


My own journey through infertility, multiple losses, and IVF challenges inspired me to study fertility nutrition and hormone health. Through The Nest Initiative, I combine my professional expertise with my personal experiences to support women like you. I offer tailored coaching and the resources you need to navigate fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal well-being.
